Membership Dues Information

The first year of membership with Infant Massage USA® is free for students who are enrolled in a IM USA Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) course. After this first year of student membership, or for anyone certified under the International Association of Infant Massage – Sweden, annual membership is $75 for full membership or $35 for associate membership (as of June 15, 2008) .

Membership Benefits

Full and associate members will receive email newsletters and other information from Infant Massage USA® and are encouraged to volunteer their time and talents to help the organization.

Full membership is available only to Certified Educators of Infant Massage (CEIMs) who have completed an Infant Massage USA® course, exam, and practicum.With your full membership dues, CEIMs also get:
*Discounted membership at conferences
*Access to CEIM-only materials in our warehouse
*A listing in our CEIM online directory. This directory helps market your services and connect you with those in the community looking for infant massage experts.

Affiliation With a Professional Network

In addition, membership dues allow Infant Massage USA® to advertise and promote the organization and CEIMs through search engines, advertising, and press releases. These dues allow us to promote the organization in order to give infant massage, Infant Massage USA and our CEIMs additional visibility and credibility within the community. The membership dues also help offset costs associated with attending national conferences to promote infant massage, including Whole Child Expo, Child Life Conference, Prevent Child Abuse, Zero to Three, Parents as Teachers, and Baby Time Expo (Denver, May 2008 and Washington, DC, October 2008).

Your support - in dues and volunteering your time - is very important to the success of this organization. Together, we can help spread the good news about the benefits of infant massage and bring more parents to classes to learn how to practice infant massage with their children.
