The Bangali Lullaby – Ami
Tomake is the theme song for
our organization. The words,
“Ami Tomake, Balo Bashi
Baby” are pronounced
“aaah-mee toe-mah-kay,
bah-lo bah-shee baaabee”.
The words mean I love you,
my dear baby. The music is
sung by Marilyn Quam with
Lars and Giita Tandero,
Flute and Guitar by Lars
Tandero. This is the
version used Internationally
by the International
Association of Infant
Massage headquartered in
Sweden.
