Zero to Three Fellow
 

Dr. Pat Blackwell is a developmental psychologist and graduate fellow with Zero to Three, The National Center for Infants Toddlers and Families. She is the director of ParentSource, a New Orleans-based wellness program for families and young children.

She is also a consulting psychologist with the Office of Mental Health, Early Childhood Supports and Services and The Early Steps program.
