Attendee Policies
Infant Massage USA is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin. We expect all attendees, speakers, guests, and exhibitors to help us ensure a safe and positive conference experience for everyone.
We expect all participants to abide by this Code of Conduct
Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.
Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
Be mindful of your surroundings and your fellow participants. Alert the staff via private message if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this Code of Conduct.
Unacceptable Behaviors:
Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech or actions by any participant
Harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments or visual images related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability, or other personal characteristics
Harassing or derogatory speech towards IAIM, Infant Massage USA, trainers, or employees of Infant Massage USA past, present, or future
Unwelcome and uninvited attention or contact
Real or implied threat of physical harm
Real or implied threat of professional or financial damage or harm
Unacceptable behavior from any participant will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop inappropriate behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, staff may take appropriate action, including removal from the above-named conference, without refund, and/or future conferences and webinars.
To claim your CEU credit, please email ceu@infantmassageusa.org with your name and email used at the conference and the CEU credit you are trying to claim. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for turnaround time to obtain your certificate or transcripts.
FAQS
* To receive credit, the participant must be present and in attendance at the presentation with Nikki Lee.
** To receive credit for NCBTMB presentations, the participant must attend the presentation for at least 15 minutes to receive credit.
